Sunsets are gorgeous even on the east coast! Anyone who tells you otherwise, has never been to Driftwood Beach. If you are looking for one area full of different scenes, grab your family photographer (if you don’t have one, let’s talk!) and check out Jekyll island. Georgia weather makes this a stunning location all year around. Despite the December winter chill coming off the ocean breeze, The Zapf’s were ready to get a little crazy for their family sunset session!
Family session at Driftwood Beach
I have yet to meet a more energetic family than the Zapfs. They walked over wobbly rocks (not easy BTW), climbed trees, and dip their toes in the freezing water! No you did not miss read that last sentence. They actually took their shoes off and splashed in the crashing waves. Yup!! My Kind of people; Willing to risk their health to get that amazing picture. If you didn’t know, I am a little insane myself. I would stand on a log that is balancing on the edge of a cliff to capture the perfect moment for my families!
If you think your family can beat this rowdy bunch, I just have to meet your family. Consider this Challenge extended, are you daring enough to accept?
Senior Picture at Driftwood Beach
This was a unique session! It was family session mixed with Senior photos for Madison Zapf, a 2020 Camden County High school Senior on the Cheerleading team. Just like Shelby’s Dance portraits, Driftwood Beach offered a unique backdrop to the tradition senior portraits. I am so excited to see what comes next for this classy Gal! Go Camden County Wildcats!
