What was your favorite thing when you were 5 years old? Axel loves trains! So we did a little Birthday session at St Marys Railroad tracks in Georgia!

I like to say I am a persistent person but this story definitely shows the lengths I will go to make sure a little kid has a great birthday session! Several months ago, I had it worked out to have a train ready for pictures at the St Mays Railroad Express. However, the train was not ready as planned. Instead of giving up, I followed other train tracks back to the actually railroad company operation yard. After several calls & two voicemails, the GM called me back and agreed to let us have the session in there!

Persistence paid off because will you look at Axel’s smiling face! He was walking on cloud 9 to be able to walk around and see the different trains. Axel was ready to be my perfect little conductor for this photography session at St Marys Railroad. Between the perfect out and old fashion suitcases, this session was a big success!
